This was my first visit to this dealership. Making the appointment online was very easy, drop off was smooth and easy, I received a call promptly to discuss my vehicle repairs/service, and my vehicle was finished and ready to go in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back!

Service Advisor, was fantastic, the issue was after the recall was looked at the vehicle had to be towed back. Not the fault of the Service Advisor at all, and he is doing everything he can to make it right, but depending on the issue I wish the Technician would have been a little more diligent.

Even though I did not have a scheduled appointment, the service agent was quick to respond to my concerns about my tires. He remembered me from previous visits and was quite helpful.
